护士自我效能与工作投入相关性研究

摘要: 目的:了解护士自我效能以及工作投入现状,分析护士自我效能与工作投入的相关性,为提高护士长管理效率提供参考依据。方法:采用随机抽样法对四川省2 所三级甲等医院368 名护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士自我效能总分为(83.51±11.62) 分,护士工作投入总分为(57.54±9.78) 分,护士自我效能对工作投入有正向预测作用。结论:护理管理者应在临床工作中提高护士自我效能,进而增加临床护士的工作投入水平,减少工作倦怠,增强医院的核心竞争力。

Abstract: Objectives: To investigate the current state of nurse's self-efficacy and job involvement, to explore the relationship between them, and to provide reference for improving management efficiency among head nurses. Methods: Totally 368 nurses in two tertiary Grade A hospitals in Sichuan province were recruited randomly and investigated by questionnaires. Results: The mean score of nurses' self-efficacy is (83.51±11.62). The nurses showed a high level of job involvement (57.54±9.78). The nurses' self-efficacy has positively predictive impact on nurses' job involvement. Conclusion: Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve nurse's self-efficacy, to maximize nurses' job involvement, to reduce job burnout, and to enhance the core competence of the hospital.
