摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨第二课堂活动的应用方法及对提高护生人文关怀能力的作用及效果。方法：以理论学习为基础，设计第二课堂实施方案，在180 名2011 级大二护理本科生中实施。结果：活动后与活动前相比护生的人文关怀能力有所提高，差异有统计学意义（P <0.001）。参与人数最多的活动是临床实践、操作技能大赛、电视剧观后感，参与的护生认为该活动使理论知识与实践充分结合，提高了学习兴趣，同时也提高了各方面的能力。结论：第二课堂活动可以有效提高护生的人文关怀能力，有助于巩固护生对基本知识和技能的掌握。教育者应针对在第二课堂实施过程中遇到的问题加以解决，并进一步完善实施计划。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the practice and effects of second class on improvement of nursing students′ humanistic caring capacity. Methods: Guided by theoretical study, a series of second class was designed and implemented in grade 2011 nursing class. Results: Nursing students′humanistic caring capacity was greatly improved after the activities (P<0.001). The top three popular activities were clinical practice, skill competition and TV play review. The students reported that those activities integrated theory with practice, and contributed to improve students' learning interest and capacity. Conclusion: Practice of second class could effectively improve nursing students′humanistic caring capacity, and help them master theoretical knowledge and skills.
