Abstract: Objective: To explore a new service model of "Internet+ Hospice Care" under the medical community model to improve the life quality of terminal patients or elderly patients in Zhoushan island area. Methods: A professional team was set up to offer hospice care and the homogenization management of medical community model based on the idea of "Internet+" to realize the multi-dimensional care and humanistic care from medical institutions to online hospice care at home. Results: Up to September 2023, 103 patients and their families had received the high-quality hospice care services, and the satisfaction rate of patients and their families reached 98.8%. Conclusion: The new model of "Internet+hospice care" under the medical community model shows its strong applicability in the island area in practice.
