摘要: 中心静脉导管相关性血栓一旦脱落可能导致致死性肺栓塞,血栓形成初期患者常无明显临床症状,因此,早期识别其高危人群至关重要。文章聚集3类中心静脉导管相关性血栓高危人群,从风险预测模型的构建过程、评价指标及应用效果等方面进行综述,分析现存预测模型的特点及局限性,旨在为临床医护人员识别中心静脉导管相关性血栓高危患者提供借鉴。

Abstract: The shedding of central venous Catheter-Retated Thrombus may lead to fatal pulmonary embolism. In the early stage of thrombus formation, patients often have no obvious clinical symptoms. Therefore, early identification of high-risk groups is very important. In this paper, published risk prediction models at home and abroad were reviewed from the aspects of the construction process of prediction models, influencing factors of central venous Catheter-Related Thrombosis, evaluation indicators and application effects. Characteristics and limitations of existing prediction models were analyzed to provide references for clinical identification of high-risk patients with central venous Catheter-Related Thrombosis.
