医院环境下可穿戴生命体征监护技术接受研究的范围综述

The acceptability of monitoring vital signs using smart wearable devices in hospital settings: a scoping review

摘要: 目的:对医院环境下可穿戴生命体征监护技术接受的相关研究进行范围综述,为未来该领域的研究提供参考。方法:依据乔安娜布里格斯研究所范围综述方法学框架,检索国内外数据库中有关可穿戴生命体征监护的技术接受研究,对纳入文献进行汇总和分析。结果:纳入14篇文献,研究结果显示在医院环境下可穿戴生命体征监测技术接受呈中等及以上水平;多种术语与技术接受相关,包括“可接受性”“体验”“可用性”和“满意度”;研究的理论框架主要包括技术接受模型和行为改变轮模型,研究变量及工具尚不统一;技术接受的影响因素包括技术、人、环境三方面。结论:目前,医院环境下可穿戴生命体征监护技术接受研究的评价方法尚未统一。建议未来将时间维度纳入技术接受评价中,建立统一的术语和评估框架,以促进该领域研究间的比较,为临床应用提供依据。

Abstract: Objective: We conducted this scoping review aiming to explore the acceptability of monitoring vital signs using smart wearable devices within hospital setting, providing clues for future practice. Methods: According to the Joanna Briggs Institute scoping review methodology framework, we searched domestic and foreign databases for technical acceptance studies on wearable vital signs monitoring, and summarized and analyzed related literature. Results: A total of 14 articles were included in this study. Our results showed that the acceptability level of monitoring vital signs using smart wearable technologies in hospital settings was medium and beyond. Several terminology and definitions were associated with technological acceptance, including 'acceptability', 'experience', 'usability' and 'satisfaction'. The research variables and tools were not uniform due to different theoretical frameworks in various studies. We found that influencing factors of technological acceptance included technology, personnel and environment. Conclusion: The definition and usage of intelligent wearable vital sign monitoring technology in hospital settings are inconsistent. Technical acceptance should be considered as a phased process in the future. It is also suggested to construct a unified definition and evaluation framework, to promote the comparison of research in this field and provide clues for clinical application.
