Abstract: As one of the effective methods for treating end-stage heart failure, heart transplantation can prolong the survival time and improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure. However, negative psychosocial problems often occur during the waiting period for heart transplantation. This review of foreign psychosocial assessment tools for heart transplantation candidates provides reference for the development of psychosocial assessment tools for heart transplantation candidates in China, and to improve the medical and psychosocial outcomes of patients after heart transplantation.
