Abstract: This study summarized the current evidence on the characteristics and influential factors of fertility preservation decision-making in male patients with cancer. It was aimed to improve the awareness of medical staff on fertility preservation of male patients with cancer in clinical practice, therefore provide reference for supportive measures on fertility preservation decision-making, and prevent decision conflict and regret among patients.
