Abstract: Objective: To construct a standardized training program for clinical teaching of Master of Nursing Specialist (MNS) among clinical instructors. Methods: A draft of the training program was developed based on literature review and semi-structured interviews. Delphi method was used to conduct two-rounds expert consultations in 47 experts, and the final training program was finalized. Results: Response rates of the two-round consultations were both 100%. The authority coefficient was 0.920. The Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.102 and 0.117, respectively (P<0.01). The final training program included 4 first-level indexes, 16 second-level indexes and 42 third-level indexes. Conclusion: The standardized training program for clinical teaching of MNS is scientific, reliable and operable, which can provide clinical instructors target guidance for standardized training.
