萨提亚模式干预对再就业护士压力应对方式、心理弹性及自我效能的影响

摘要: 目的:分析萨提亚模式干预对再就业护士压力应对方式、心理弹性和自我效能的影响,为再就业护士顺利适应临床环境提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2020年7月—12月入职山东省某三级甲等医院的72名再就业护士作为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36人。对照组接受常规人文关怀护理,包括谈心谈话、集体座谈和心理讲座,观察组在对照组基础上接受基于萨提亚模式的心理干预。干预前后采用护士工作压力源量表、简易应对方式问卷、心理弹性量表及一般自我效能感量表比较干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组再就业护士在护理专业与工作、管理与人际关系方面的得分低于对照组(P<0.05),正面应对方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05),心理弹性总分及各维度得分、自我效能感得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于萨提亚模式的心理干预能有效缓解再就业护士面临的工作压力,改善再就业护士面对压力的应对方式和心理弹性,提高其自我效能感。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the influence of Satir model therapy on stress-coping styles, psychological resilience and self-efficacy of re-employed nurses. Methods: The convenience sampling method was used to enroll 72 re-employed nurses in a tertiary grade A hospital as the research objects who were randomly divided into the observation group (n=36) and the control group (n=36). The control group received conventional humanistic care including heart-to-heart talk, group discussion and psychological lectures, while the observation group received Satir model therapy as intervention. The effects were compared between the two groups by means of the Chinese version of the Nurses Stressors Scale (NSS), the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and the General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) before and after intervention. Results: After intervention, the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group in nursing profession and work, management and interpersonal relationship (P<0.05). The scores of positive coping, psychological resilience (both the total score and each entry score) and self-efficacy of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Satir model therapy can effectively relieve the work pressure of re-employed nurses and improve their coping styles and psychological resilience to enhance their sense of self-efficacy.
