Narrative nursing training in clinical nurses: a scoping review

摘要: 目的:检索国内外临床护士进行叙事护理培训相关研究,了解其培训现状及其培训效果评价,以期为今后建立临床护士叙事护理培训体系提供参考。方法:采用Arksey and O’Malley范围综述方法学框架,系统检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普网、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase,并根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,由2名研究者独立提取叙事护理培训相关资料,采用描述性分析及主题分析法对提取结果进行整理。结果:共纳入15篇研究,结果提示,叙事护理培训对象以护士团队为主,跨专业团队其次;培训时长差异较大,多集中于1~6个月;培训师资标准未统一,多数具备心理学及教育学资质;培训内容中叙事护理理论和实践并重;叙事护理培训效果评价方法包含量性评估及定性描述,着重评估护士叙事能力、人文素养、压力水平及专科知识掌握程度。结论:针对临床护士的叙事护理培训模式、方法等呈多样化,培训时长及师资尚无统一标准,未来应结合不同专科特点,利用多学科跨专业资源,构建具有专科特色的叙事护理团队培训模式。

Abstract: Objective: A comprehensive search was conducted on the relevant studies of narrative nursing training in clinical nurses at home and abroad aiming to understand the training status and training effect evaluation. Methods: The Arksey and O'Malley scope review method was used to systematically search CNKI, CBM, WanFang Data, VIP, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase. The data related to narrative nursing training were extracted by two researchers independently, and the extracted results were sorted out by descriptive analysis and thematic analysis. Results: A total of 15 studies were included. The results suggested that nurse team was the main target of the training, followed by interdisciplinary team. The duration of the training varied greatly with the majority was from 1 to 6 months. The standards of trainers are not unified and most of them have psychology and education background. Nursing theories and practice were equally important in the training. The effect evaluation method included quantitative evaluation and qualitative description, focusing on the assessment of nurses' narrative ability, humanistic quality, stress level and mastery of specialized knowledge. Conclusion: The models and methods of narrative nursing training are diverse, and there is no unified standard for training duration and trainers. In the future, characteristics of different specialties can be combined and interdisciplinary resources should be made use of to build a narrative nursing team training model.
