Abstract: This article introduced the concept of Chemotherapy Related Cognitive Impairment (CRCI) in patients with breast cancer, the Theory of Unpleasant Symptoms (TOUS), influencing factors. Based on TOUS, the influencing factors were summarized from physiologic, psychological and situational levels of symptom. It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for early identification of CRCI and improve cognitive function in patients with breast cancer.
