展开式案例模拟教学法在脑卒中护理教学中的探索

摘要: 目的:评价展开式案例模拟教学法在脑卒中护理教学中的应用效果。方法:整群选取某大学四年制本科护理专业三年级学生113名为研究对象,采用自设问卷分别评价参与组学生和观察组学生展开式案例情景模拟教学的效果。结果:参与组和观察组学生对此次展开式案例情景模拟教学的整体效果评价非常满意,尤其在“情景模拟为我提供了一种不同的学习方式”“在情景模拟教学中,我担心自己判断或处理的不当可能给患者带来伤害”“情景模拟后的讨论对我很有启发”条目的评分很高。结论:展开式案例模拟教学法有助于学生体验脑卒中全病程护理,有很强的临床场景真实体验感,并且能够很好地增强学生的非专业技术能力。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of unfolding case simulation in undergraduate teaching for stroke nursing. Methods: All the 113 nursing undergraduates in Grade three were recruited by cluster sampling. Self-designed questionnaires were used to evaluate the effects of unfolding case simulation teaching. Results: Both the students in simulation groups and observation groups were very satisfied with the unfolding case simulation teaching, and they scored very high in the following items: "simulation is quite different from common study model" "I worry about that my misjudgment or misconduct would harm my patients in simulation" "debriefing and discussion after simulation are big inspirations for me". Conclusion: The application of unfolding case simulation teaching in stroke nursing improves the undergraduates' experience of the whole process for caring stroke patients with a strong sense of real clinical scene experience, and enhance their comprehensive ability in nursing.
