摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着手机以及移动通讯技术的发展，手机APP也不断进入医疗领域。本文介绍慢性疼痛管理类APP的一般特征以及自我管理特征，并根据疼痛的分类对其应用效果进行了分析和总结，了解APP研发和应用过程中存在的问题和不足，为将来慢性疼痛管理APP的设计和发展提供依据，以满足不同疼痛患者的需求，将高质量的慢性疼痛APP在更多人群中推广应用，最终达到提高患者生活质量的目的。

Abstract: With the development of mobile technology, mobile APPs entered into the medical field. This review introduced the general characteristics, available interventions, and effects of mobile APPs implementation. Through this review, we summarized the limitations of current APPs and provided evidence to improve designs to meet different needs of patients with chronic pain. We look forward to a larger scale of implementation of mobile APPs with good reliability to improve patients' quality of life.
