河北省56家二级及以上医院机动护士库组建与管理现状调查

Utilization and management mode of mobile nurses pool in 56 secondary and tertiary hospitals of Hebei province

摘要: 目的:调查目前河北省二级及以上医院机动护士库组建与管理情况。方法:通过问卷调查并结合半结构式访谈的形式,对河北省25家三级医院,31家二级医院共56位护理部主任进行调查和半结构式访谈,总结机动护士库组建与管理模式现状。结果:三级医院中21家设有机动护士库,二级医院中有10家设有机动护士库。三级医院和二级医院各17位护理部主任认为非常需要建立机动护士库;机动护士选拔方式最常用的是护理部选拔,其中三级医院有10家,二级医院有6家;三级医院有16家,二级医院有9家对机动护士有专门的管理制度;三级医院有16家,二级医院有7家对机动护士有专门的培养目标;机动护士库分为专职机动护士库和兼职机动护士库,三级医院中4家有专职机动护士库,17家有兼职机动护士库,二级医院中1家有专职机动护士库,9家有兼职机动护士库。结论:目前针对机动护士库的组建和管理模式还没有统一标准,每个医院根据具体情况而定,但是二级医院在机动护士库组建和管理方面与三级医院还有一定的差距,今后应多与三级医院沟通学习,将人力资源达到合理化配置。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of utilization and management of mobile nurses pool in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Hebei province. Methods: Through semi-structured interviews and questionnaire investigation, totally 56 directors in nursing departments, 25 from tertiary hospitals and 31 from secondary hospitals finished the investigation. Results: Totally 21 tertiary hospitals and 10 secondary hospitals had mobile nurses pools. The directors of the 17 nursing department in either secondary or tertiary hospitals thought it is necessary to establish the mobile nurses pool. The mobile nurses selection by nursing department was the most commonly used selection method. Most hospitals had a special management system and cultivating goal for mobile nurses. Mobile nurses were divided into full-time and part-time mobile nurses and most mobile nurses were part-time. Conclusion: There is still no unified standard for establishment and management of mobile nurses pool and the secondary hospitals should learn from the tertiary hospitals.
