摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文通过阐述循证视角下促进临床护理人员科研思维的策略，旨在为临床护理人员、护理管理者以及医疗机构在该方面的培训与管理提供建议和参考，促进其自身护理科研能力的提高，从而改进临床护理科研，改善护理实践，最终推动护理学科的发展。

关键词: 循证护理；科研思维；培养

Abstract: This article elaborates the training strategies of scientific research thinking from the perspective of Evidence-Based Practice. With a view to provide suggestions for nurses, nursing managers and medical institutions, so as to enhance nurses' ability of scientific research and Evidence-Based Practice, improve clinical nursing practice and ultimately promote the development of nursing discipline.
