摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为加强女性盆底障碍性疾病的防治工作，我院历经5年，通过组建盆底专科护理小组，基于互联网、物联网、云计算等先进的信息技术手段，对盆底功能评估、筛查、治疗、康复流程进行全程防治网络的信息化建设。该体系提供了盆底功能障碍性疾病健康宣教、功能评估、精准分级治疗、居家康复和健康随访等模块，形成了大数据形式的健康档案，完成了对妇女全生命周期的健康管理，提高广大妇女的健康水平，而且提供了专科护士职业发展环境，加快了专科护理内涵建设，推动了专科护理发展。

Abstract: In order to prevent the development of the female Pelvic Floor Disorder (PFD), the PFD Specialized Nursing Team was established in our hospital. The information system for the assessment, screening, treatment and rehabilitation of PFD was set up based on the Internet, Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data analysis and other advanced technology. The information system consisted of multiple modules including assessment, treatment, health education, home services and evaluation of PFD. It is expected that the information system will encourage the development of PFD specialized nurses and improve the quality of life of women with PFD.
