Abstract: In recent years, along with the gradual increase of the cancer incidence in the world, the psychological stress cognitive processing research of cancer patients had gradually become a research hotspot. Based on the concept of rumination and two-factor model analysis, we reviewed the development trends, influencing factors and intervention measures of rumination. It was suggested that we should distinguish the difference of psychological cognitive processing mechanism under different reflection of cancer patients. The aim of this review was promoting further studies on cancer patients' rumination, and providing new ideas and theoretical reference for clinical nurses to carry out psychological intervention.
