正念瑜伽训练对孕妇睡眠质量、焦虑情绪及分娩恐惧的影响

Effects of mindfulness yoga training on sleeping, anxiety and childbirth fear among pregnant women

摘要: 目的:分析正念瑜伽训练对孕妇焦虑情绪、睡眠质量及分娩恐惧的影响。方法:选取长沙市某三级甲等医院门诊进行产前检查的102例孕妇,随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组采取常规心理护理,干预组在常规心理护理基础上采用正念瑜伽训练。比较两组干预前后焦虑情绪、睡眠质量及分娩恐惧得分等。结果:干预4周后干预组的焦虑得分、睡眠状况得分、分娩恐惧得分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组剖宫产率低于对照组(26.9% vs 48.0%,P<0.05)。结论:正念瑜伽训练可缓解孕妇妊娠期焦虑情绪,提升睡眠质量,降低分娩恐惧水平,促进自然分娩。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of mindfulness yoga training on anxiety, sleeping and childbirth fear among pregnant women. Method: Total 102 pregnant women from a tertiary hospital in Changsha were included, and they were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine mental nursing care, and the intervention group did mindfulness yoga training on the basis of routine mental nursing care. The scores of anxiety, quality of sleeping and childbirth fear of two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results: After 4-week intervention, the scores of anxiety, quality of sleeping and childbirth fear of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the rate of cesarean section in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (26.9% vs 48.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Mindfulness yoga training can relieve anxiety, improved sleep quality, and reduce the childbirth fear level of pregnant women, and promote spontaneous delivery.
