摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对重症患者输液过程中可能存在的不安全因素，从重症患者静脉通路的选择原则、重症患者常用输液附加装置的使用和管理、重症患者常用输液设备的安全管理、重症患者静脉给药的风险管理、重症相关输液并发症的预防、重症患者转运过程中的输液安全管理、加强护士静脉输液胜任力的培训等方面进行综述，探讨重症患者输液过程的全环节规范管理，确保重症患者输液安全。

关键词: 重症患者；输液治疗；护理安全；综述

Abstract: This article reviewed the selection principle of infusion path, management of infusion devices and equipments, management of medication safety, prevention of infusion-related complications, management of inter- and intra-hospital transport, and education for nurses. It is expected to improve the nursing management during the process of infusion therapy and to ensure the safety of infusion therapy for critically ill patients.
