摘要： 本文就目前国内外患者安全及其影响、护士执业环境及其意义、护士执业环境对患者安全的影响进行综述，对优化护士执业环境、改善患者安全提出建议。

Abstract: This article reviewed the safety of patients at home and abroad and its impact, the nurse's practice environment and its significance, the impact of nurses' practice environment on patient safety. The authors also provides suggestions for optimizing nurses' practice environment and improving patient safety.
