中文版简易罗伊应对适应量表的信度效度研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：引进简易版罗伊应对适应量表（CAPS-15），并检验其在社区体检居民中应用的信度和效度。方法：对CAPS-15进行翻译及文化调试，采用中文版CAPS-15对500例社区体检居民进行问卷调查，对CAPS-15进行信度、效度检验。结果：中文版CAPS-15的各条目的内容效度指数（I-CVI)为0.83～1.00，平均内容效度指数（S-CVI/Ave)为0.92。结构效度分析显示CAPS-15具有单维特征，与原量表结构一致。CAPS-15与SCSQ评分呈正相关（r=0.558，P<0.01）。Cronbach’s α系数为0.815，两周重测信度系数为0.834～0.990（P<0.05）。结论：中文版CAPS-15量表具有良好的信度和效度，可有效反映被测人群的应对能力。

Abstract: Objective: To translate and verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Short Form Coping and Adaption Processing Scale (CAPS-15). Methods: Translate the CAPS-15 into Chinese and culture it, Reliability and validity were tested with the Chinese version of CAPS-15, and the data collected was from 500 community residents when they were with physical examination. Results: The item content validity index (I-CVI) ranged from 0.83 to 1.00, the average content validity index (S-CVI/Ave) was 0.92. Structural validity analysis shows that CAPS-15 has single-dimensional features, and the structure is consistent with the original scale. The score of CAPS-15 was significantly correlated with SCSQ (r=0.558, P<0.01). The Cronbach's alpha was 0.815 and test-retest reliability was 0.834~0.990 (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Chinese version of CAPS-15 shows high reliability and validity, and it is a valid measurement to assess the coping level.
