摘要： 脱水是老年人最常见的液体和电解质紊乱问题，严重影响老年人的健康水平与生活质量，本文综述了老年人脱水及其风险的评估方法，旨在为我国医护人员科学管理老年人脱水问题提供参考与启示。
Abstract: Dehydration is the most common problem of liquid and electrolyte imbalance among the elderly, which seriously affects their health and quality of life. This paper reviewed the assessment of dehydration and its risk among the elderly, aimed to provide references for clinical practice in China.
