急诊预检分诊护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

The construction of evaluation index system of core competence among preview emergency triage nurses

摘要: 目的:构建急诊预检分诊护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,选取14名临床护理专家、管理专家进行德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法调查。结果:专家熟悉系数为0.849,判断系数为0.835,权威系数为0.705;经过两轮咨询后确定的急诊预检分诊护士核心能力评价指标体系含一级指标6个,二级指标16个,三级指标50个,专家咨询内部一致性Cronbach’s α系数为0.807。结论:急诊预检分诊护士核心能力评价指标体系科学、可靠、信度较高,可为急诊预检分诊护士核心能力的评价、培训、考核、准入等提供可量化的依据。

Abstract: Objective: To construct evaluation index system of core competence among preview emergency triage nurses. Methods: Totally 14 clinical nursing expertsand nursing management experts were investigated by self-designed questionnaire using Delphi expert consultation method. Results: Experts familiar coefficient was 0.849. The judgment coefficient was 0.835 and the authority coefficient was 0.705. The evaluation index system of core competence among preview emergency triage nurses included 6 firstlevel indexes, 16 second level indexes, and 50 third level indexes. The Cronbach's α was 0.807. Conclusion: The expert opinionis scientific and reliable and all showed high reliability. The results could provide references for core competence evaluation, training, assessment, and access for preview emergency triage nurses.
