摘要: 我院通过确定护理人才库梯队结构,制定严格的选拔条件、选拔流程以及培养实施细则;对不同梯队护理后备人才实施分层次培训和使用;建立考核机制,对护理后备人才定期评价,提高了护士工作满意度(P<0.05),增加了护理授课次数、论文发表量。建立护理后备人才库有利于鼓励护士提升综合能力和素质,促进其追求高层次的职业发展,有利于建立高素质、高效能的专业化护理队伍。
Abstract: We determined the echelon form of talented nurses reserve bank, developed strict selection criteria, selection process and training rules, implemented multi-level training and use, and established evaluation mechanism. The establishment of talented nurses reserve bank improved nurses’ job satisfaction (P<0.05), increased the nursing teaching frequency and published papers, improved their comprehensive capacity and quality, enhanced their high-level career development. Therefore, it is beneficial to establish high-quality nursing team.
