护士长领导力测评问卷的信度效度检验

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：对护士长领导力测评问卷进行信度、效度检验。方法：对浙江省杭州、宁波、绍兴等地区的5家三级甲等医院440名护士进行调查。通过探索性因子分析提取因子，通过计算Cronbach’s α系数和重测相关系数，检验问卷的内在一致性和重测信度。结果：护士长领导力测评问卷经因子分析提取出5个因子，共44个条目，累计方差贡献率73.444%。问卷的Cronbach’s α系数为0.988，5个因子Cronbach’s α系数为0.837～ 0.978；各指标项目与总体的相关系数为0.597～0.854；问卷重测信度为0.791。结论：护士长领导力测评问卷具有良好的信度、效度，可用于我国护士长领导力的测评。

Abstract: Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the evaluation questionnaire of head nurses leadership. Methods: Totally 440 nurses were recruited from five tertiary level first class hospitals in Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shaoxing. Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α and Correlation coefficient measurement were conducted to test the reliability and validity of questionnaire. Results: The evaluation questionnaire of head nurses leadership contained five factors and 44 items; the cumulative variance contribution rate was 73.444%; Cronbach's α was 0.988; Cronbach's α of 5 factors were 0.837 to 0.978; the correlation coefficient of each index item and total were 0.597 to 0.854; the retest reliability was 0.791. Conclusion: The evaluation questionnaire of head nurses leadership has good reliability and validity and can be used in the evaluation of head nurses leadership.
