Abstract: Objective: To develop an "Internet+" quality evaluation indicator system for palliative care services for cancer patients in the community, with the aim of providing a comprehensive and systematic scientific basis for the management of "Internet+" palliative care services. Methods: From December 2024 to June 2025, using the SERVQUAL model as a theoretical framework, we developed an evaluation index system for the quality of "Internet+" palliative care services for community cancer patients through literature reviews, group discussions, and the Delphi method. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was then employed to determine the weights of indicators at each level. Results: The response rates for both rounds of the expert questionnaire were 100%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.853 and 0.863, respectively, and the Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.156 and 0.203, respectively (P<0.01). The final "Internet+" palliative care services quality evaluation index system for community cancer patients comprised 5 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 69 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The "Internet+" palliative care services, quality evaluation index system developed for cancer patients in the community is scientifically sound and reliable, and thus can serve as a reference for evaluating the quality of "Internet+" palliative care services.
