Abstract: The cancer incidence in China is on the rise year by year, the medical resources have no longer meted the growing needs of patients for treatment, so the daytime chemotherapy model emerges at the historic moment. As a cancer hospital, we had a series of exploration reform in daytime chemotherapy management. It includes environment design, institution establishment, process management, holistic nursing, patient education and continuing nursing. We have made a great progress in improving the efficiency of hospital, decreasing the treatment costs, ensuring patients' safety and improving patients' satisfaction.
