Abstract: To summarize and analyze the clinical outcomes and experiences of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) in eight patients with Acute Kidney Injury after lung transplantation. The key measure of nursing care included: establish multi-displinary treatment team; establish and maintain the vascular access; maintain the hemodynamic stability; monitor the coagulation function. There was no complication occured in this group with CRRT.
