Abstract: Flight nurses are an important part of the air transport medical team and play an indispensable role in the aeromedical evacuation. Understanding the current situation of flight nurses' career development is beneficial to Chinese flight nurse. This article summarized the flight nurses' professional features as well as their position and effect in aeromedical evacuation, compared the present situation of flight nurses' practice and relative research in China and abroad,proposed the prospect of flight nurses' career development, in order to provide reference for the training and development of flight nurses.
