Abstract: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology is an important strategy for nurses to provide TCM nursing services to patients. Guided by the holistic nursing theory and syndrome differentiation view, nursing works need to be carried out and implemented in combination with specific clinical situations. Nurses are required to have situational practice capabilities of TCM nursing technology. In this study, the new training method were explored. The TCM nurses were arranged in the real clinical situation. The clinical training method was problem oriented, and it combined theory and practice. The training contents were adjusted as needed. This new training method can improve nurses' situational practical ability of TCM nursing technology. It is expected to provide information for TCM nurses training in the future.
