Abstract: Objective: To systematically integrate nurses' attitudes and expectations towards nursing robots, so as to provide references for clinical practice. Methods: Qualitative studies on nurses' attitudes and expectations of nursing robots in Chinese and English databases were searched from inception to 31 March 2024. The quality of the literature was evaluated, and the results were consolidated by the aggregative integration method. Results: A total of 10 studies were included, and 34 topics were extracted, which were summarized into 11 new categories and 3 integrated results, including: affirming and accepting of nursing robots; concerns and challenges in applying nursing robots; desiring scenarios for care robot applications. Conclusion: Nurses have positive attitudes toward nursing robots and expect a wide range of scenarios for application, although there are still some concerns. In the future, nursing robots should be developed, and the clinical application scenarios should be expanded, to provide references for intervention programs.
