Abstract: Heel is the second most common site of all pressure injuries, which is prone to cause limb dysfunction and affect the quality of life significantly compared to other sites, thus it has drawn a wider attention from research scholars. This paper analyzes the current situation of heel pressure injury from the aspects of epidemiology, risk factors, evaluation and nursing, so as to provide scientific guidance for clinical practice.
