Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of fall prevention process management among hospitalized patients Methods: We developed fall prevention process management among hospitalized patients and applied it in clinical practice. The incidence of falls and the rate of injury were compared before and after the implementation of the fall prevention process management among hospitalized patients. Results: After the implementation of fall prevention process management, the fall rate among hospitalized patients dropped from 0.071‰ to 0.029‰ (P<0.01). Conclusion: Fall prevention process management could effectively reduce the total incidence of falls in hospitalized patients.
