Abstract: Objective: To explore the mechanism of nursing job management for department of hematology of our hospital. Methods: To design and implement the nursing job configuration, level management, level training, performance evaluation, evaluation methods. And a survey was conducted in 15 nurses by nurses' job satisfaction scale. Results: The nurses' job satisfaction was improved after the implementation of nursing job management (P<0.01). Conclusions: Practice of nursing job management in department of hematology is conducive to the growth and development of the nurses, the stability of nursing team, improvement of nursing management level, so as to provide better quality care services for patients, and improve patients' satisfaction.
