Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of flip classroom and micro-lectures on educational environment,academic emotions and academic motivations of nursing students. Methods: A total of 62 nursing students in 2 Classes in Dalian Medical University were selected by drawing lots and were randomly assigned into control group and experimental group taught in flip classroom. The effects of the two groups were evaluated by questionnaire and classroom examination.Results: Students in the experimental group significantly outperformed those in the control group in terms of medical educational environment, academic motivations and academic emotions (P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying flip classroom in nursing can enhance students' performance, improve medical educational environment and academic motivations.
