Abstract: This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of micro-curriculum in clinical teaching and combined the hybrid teaching model and oncology clinical nursing knowledge to establish the vertical micro-curriculum system of clinical nursing teaching in oncology department, to establish the dynamic connection between different microcurriculum in curriculum system of clinical teaching at the application level by expanding BOPPPS model, to construct a complete micro-curriculum system of clinical nursing teaching in oncology department from top level design to clinical teaching, to improve the clinical teaching design model, and to overcome the shortcomings of the micro-lectures knowledge point isolation and lack of teaching element in oncology clinical teaching, and to propose the scientific and effectiveness of the micro-curriculum system.
