Abstract: After a three-month visit and study in NHS Foundation Trust in Gloucestershire Hospital located in southwest England, the author introduced their nurses' ranks and grades, their working categories, the education center settings, the inservice nursing training system, its training teachers as well as the characteristics of the training in the hospital. The article finally concluded three useful lessons from studying the U.K. hospital nursing training: the reasonable and effective training style, the humanized time arrangement, the flexible inservice training contents.
