Abstract: Objective: To introduce the measures and effect of case management on the quality of life and self-care agency in HIV-infected women during perinatal period. Methods: Several aspects, namely, the carriers and their duty, the management stage and time, the measures, the place, the content and effect evaluation of the measure, were all introduced in this paper. We also discussed the effects and the practicability of the measures. Results: Case management can improve the quality of life and self-care agency in HIV-infected women during perinatal period. Conclusion: Case management in HIV-infected women during perinatal period is effective and feasible.
