Abstract: Effective intervention measures can improve the ability of nurses to respond to the violence, and reduce the risk of violence, therefore to protect the safety of patients and nurses as well. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis based on reference articles and real situations in clinical settings on ways to improve nurses response to violence.
