Abstract: Along with the degree of population aging worse off continuously, the demand for medical service is growing. The integrating pension service with Medical Service is the recent model proposed by the government. However, there are some problems within the model. The nursing care is the most important one of it. To clarify the specialized duty of the nurses in the pension service is of vital importance to the development of the integrating pension service with Medical Service model. The clear duty of the pension system and medical service could ultimately establish a good pension service environment, thus promote the development of the pension system.
