Abstract: Fear of Cancer Recurrence (FCR) is an appropriate stress response among cancer patients during their illness and treatment process. However, excessive fear will decrease the patient’s compliance of participating treatment, affect their quality of life and social functioning. The paper reviewed the definition of FCR, measurement tools and objectives, and influencing factors to provide reference for psychological care of cancer patients in China.
