Abstract: The continuous development of the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) has provided a good tool for computers to assist medical staff to make their own decisions. The rapid pace in the emergency department demands computer system to help staff to make right decision rapidly. In this article, it introduced the definition and structure of CDSS, and analyzed its function according to the need of nursing works in the emergency department, hoping to provide references for the future development of the clinical decision support.
