Abstract: Objective: To introduce the Oncology Specialized Nurse training mode and practice effects. Methods: Several aspects of Oncology Specialized Nurse training process, including trainee recruitment, teachers selection, curriculum offering,training outline, training methods and effects tracking, were all introduced and discussed in this paper. They also discussed the difficulty and improvement methods in the training. Results: They successfully hosted four times of Oncology Specialized Nurse training program. More than 200 Oncology Specialized Nurses from different level hospitals in Chongqing got trained. Their satisfaction rate was 98.96%. Conclusion: The Oncology Specialized Nurse training mode is feasible and effective.
