Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of home nursing intervention for patients with total hip arthroplasty (THA) on life quality. Method: Totally 110 cases of THA were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was given routine predischarge health education, and intervention group received THA home nursing intervention in addition to the routine health education before discharge. Result: Harris hip score and quality of life were significantly improved in the intervention group after discharged for three months, six months and one year.Conclusion: Home nursing intervention of artificial hip replacement scheme can improve the life quality of patients with THA. It is valuable to advocate clinically.
