Abstract: Objective: To discuss the effect of the medical integration mode application in clinical nursing care. Method: Our hospital started to carry out the medical integration mode for inpatients, including joint ward rounds of doctors and nurses, health education and psychological intervention to newly hospitalized, perioperative period, chemotherapy period, discharge patients and so on. Doctors' and patients' satisfaction towards nurses were surveyed. Results: The satisfaction towards nurses was statistically higher than before (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the application of the medical integration mode, we improved the level of the nurse specialist skills and nursing quality, improved the doctors’ and patients’ satisfaction towards nursing job, built a harmonious medical patient relationship.
