Abstract: Nurses play an important role in the health care. How to allocate and use nurses is not only an important content of hospital nursing management, but also an valid guaranty of nursing quality and patient safety. This paper introduces the current status of nursing human resources, gives some suggestion about allocation and usage of nursing human resource, and explores proper nursing human resources allocation and management method in China.
