Abstract: Objective: To explore the working experiences in promoting clinical practice of nurses in the specialized nursing studios, in order to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development and management strategies of advanced nursing practice and the specialized nursing studios. Methods: Based on the phenomenological research method, a semi-structured interviews were conducted in February 2023 with 10 leaders who were responsible for the management and consultation of specialized nursing studios in the sampled municipal hospitals in Beijing with objective sampling, and Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method was used for data analysis. Results: Three themes, including benefits and recognition, difficulties and challenges, needs and expectations, and 10 sub-topics were extracted. Conclusion: Nurses benefit from the advanced nursing practice, the needs of patients are met, and the development of specialized departments and hospitals has been promoted. However, there are still many difficulties and challenges. In the future, it is necessary to continue to increase the support, improve the management system and strategies of the studio, so as to promote its long-term development.
