Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current situation of cancer-related financial toxicity of breast cancer survivors, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: Using the convenient sampling method, breast cancer survivors were investigated with the demographic and disease information questionnaire, COST-FACIT, CD-RISC 10, PSSS and MDASI in three community health centers and a cancer survivors group in Xuhui district, Shanghai. Results: The average score of COST-FACIT of 312 breast cancer patients was 22.70±8.39. The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age, education, chemotherapy, living alone, personal monthly income, household savings, psychological resilience and symptoms were independent influencing factors of financial toxicity, which accounted 28.5% of the total variation. Conclusion: Financial toxicity is generally existent in breast cancer survivors, affecting their quality of life. In addition to demographic factors, breast cancer survivors' psychological resilience and symptoms are related to the cancer-related financial toxicity. The study provides a new perspective for the development of intervention for financial toxicity in the future.
