Abstract: Objective: To analyse the information accuracy of the surgical process publishing system and satisfaction of patients' family members. Methods: Surgical patients of June 2015 and June 2016 in a tertiary hospital in Beijing were assigned into control group and experimental group respectively using convenient sampling method. The subjects in the control group were performed standard surgical process publishing system, while the subjects in the experimental group were providing improved surgical process publishing system. The accuracy of the surgical process publishing system, the satisfaction of the family members and hospital environment were analyzed. Results: The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group in the accuracy of information dissemination, family members' satisfaction and environmental impact of the hospital (P<0.05). Conclusion: The improvement of the quality of the key links in the surgical process publishing system can effectively enhance the accuracy of the system information, the satisfaction of family members and the hospital environment.
