Abstract: ICU is an important department in control of healthcare associated infection (HAI). The "Regulation for Prevention and Control of Healthcare Associated Infection in Intensive Care Unit" published by National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2016 defined the rules and regulations in control of HAI in ICU. There is a particular standard for prevention and control of HAIs in ICU. The doctors and nurses as performers of theregulation play an important role in prevention and control of HAI.
